Working with other game designers, I was the driving force behind the scripting and visual style of the prototype, built in Unity3D in order to eventually be moved to a custom engine built by our tech-heavy team’s engineers. As time went by, I took more of a back seat to the game design and shifted more to 2D and 3D art.
While not all assets or animations made it into the final product (simply due to unforeseen circumstances and technical limitations), they will still be on display here.
The game’s UI has two very different art styles; one for menu elements and one for HUD elements. The menu has this tactile, patch-inspired art style, while the HUD is clean and readable. The fonts are the same on both.
